According to police, a vehicle was traveling west on Vandeventer near Natural Bridge around 2 a.m. when it slammed into the driver side of another vehicle at the intersection.
A 30-year-old man and 25-year-old woman in the first vehicle were hospitalized in stable condition. The boy was riding in the second vehicle.
Police are investigating the cause of the wreck.
