State troopers respond to deadly crash in Samantha

State troopers are responding to a deadly crash involving two cars in Samantha. The wreck happened on Highway 43 at Max Vincent Road. Witnesses told deputies they saw the drive who died driving northbound on Highway 43 and it appeared their vehicle drifted into the other lane. One person was killed on impact and another person has been airlifted to UAB Hospital, according to Sgt. Alex Miles with the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff'€™s Office.
