Carmen Elizabeth Johnson, 15, drowns and Reagan Gargis injured in Smith Lake in Winston County, Alabama
Hartselle teen's drowning could have been caused by electrocution, report said
Winston County coroner Larry Gilliland said to the paper that Johnson and another teen had jumped off the dock and were swimming back in when the accident happened.
He said to the Decatur Daily that electricity was running through the boat dock, and investigators are working to determine if that electricity caused the accident.
