Motorcyclist killed in Birmingham wreck

A man driving a motorcycle was killed in a crash with another vehicle in Birmingham on Monday afternoon. Birmingham police say a vehicle was leaving a Chevron at 490 Forestdale Blvd. when it was hit by a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, a black male who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead on the scene. 

Man killed in motorcycle accident in northwest Birmingham

One man is dead after his motorcycle struck a vehicle in northwest Birmingham. Paul Irwin said. The car was exiting the Chevron gas station parking lot when the motorcycle struck it. Birmingham traffic accident investigators are on the scene, and one lane of the highway was blocked for about half an hour. Police have not identified the victim, but Irwin said he was a black male.

Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help

Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.

I worked with and was friends Sam White and he was a very close friend within our inner circle of Friends. Very loving and awesome Guy. Devastated but praying for the family.

I'm so sorry for the loss.and I'm also tripping because this guy overheard me in auto zone in Forestdale about 2 weeks ago asking for help wit my car.and he step in the conversation and looked at my car and referred me to a good mechanic which is working on my car now.but he was very nice and helpful.he even checked on me to make sure I made it home safely cuz the problem I had wit my car. He was doing some kind of work on his inside dash r some and came there for a part.i just can't believe a total nice stranger that hel.WE NEEF MORE GOOD PPL LIKE Up me is now gone.R.I.P

I use to work with carlos he was super kool and nice ..always passed down knowledge ...always helped others... always had a smile on his face....he would easily lift the spirits of someone down or discouraged ..its really sad this happen to him...the warehouse is not the same without him at all... i have a lot of memories of him tho... he use to call me fetty wap cause my hair was dyed lol...he was very funny as well...i'm praying for the family and everyone who known you..you will not be forgotten bro..love you man   "sly"

Carlos, Carlos, Carlos we go back not only did we ride bikes together, we were good friends. I'm gonna,miss those long drawn out stories that I use to say "get to the point". Gonna miss those conversations were I would say "imma call u back, then he says "ok but let me tell u one more thing b4 u go" lol all u have is good memories. Gonna miss u my friend.
