Driver arrested after intentionally hitting pedestrian with car

Two men returned to the scene and told officers that one of them had been struck by the car before the crash. Police say the 34-year-old victim was standing in the center lane of Lorna Road attempting to cross with his friend when Ritchie, who was driving in the center lane, pulled up to them and began yelling obscenities. As Ritchie pulled out of the turn lane, he swiped the 34-year-old with his car.
