Saturday night wreck kills 2 teenagers in Chilton County

A three-vehicle wreck on Saturday night claimed the lives of two Tuscaloosa County teenagers.

2 teens killed, 1 injured in Chilton County crash

The driver of the Ford, Austin Taylor Prill, 19, of Coker, was injured. The extent of his injuries weren't released. 

Faulkner University Cheerleader dies in Chilton County crash

Faulkner University Head Cheerleading Coach Kim Isbell says, "It's just a tragic, tragic accident. Travon left a hole on our team that we will not be able to fill."
A 2014 Dodge Ram collided with a 2007 Ford Mustang carrying three teenagers on Highway 82 five miles east of Maplesville around 8:15 p.m. Saturday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and the Clanton Advertiser. Teen passengers Travon Markeze Johnson, 19 and James Nathan Wheat, 18, were pronounced dead at the crash site. The 19-year-old driver of the Mustang was injured in the collision, a Kia later hit the Dodge Ram.
