Fire and Rescue: 1 injured in motorcycle wreck
Police Department Deputy Chief Tim Shaddix said Florence police and Florence Fire and Rescue responded to a medical emergency call at a residence in the 100 block of Augusta Street at approximately 12:45 p.m.
Shaddix said the son, Lucas, found the elder man unresponsive in the pool and he went "into the water to try to save the father, and he had a medical emergency as well."
