Police seek suspect in deadly hit and run
Cobb said Doherty was traveling west in the eastbound lane of Cloyd Boulevard when he was struck head-on by a small light colored SUV, that was traveling east.
He said the driver of the SUV fled the scene continuing on to the end of Cloyd Boulevard, then turned south on Mall Road.
