Boating accident victim remembered as mentor, family man
Chaplain Tony Dickey with Daphne Search and Rescue says Hall just bought the boat Tuesday morning, and they were taking it out for for the first time when tragedy struck.
State Troopers say three people were thrown from Hall’s boat during an abrupt turn. Two were able to make it back to the boat.
Hall’s body was pulled from the water four hours later by search and rescue teams.
