Female teen killed in car accident, 3 injured, seat belts not used

A single-vehicle crash Saturday, Jan. 24, claimed the life of a Frisco City teen and injured another person at approximately 10 a.m. according to Alabama State Troopers.

Teen couple killed in car accident north of Bay Minette

McKinley's boyfriend, 16-year-old Matthew H. Hinote, of Monroeville, was taken to USA Medical Center where he died shortly after 4 a.m. on Jan 25.

A one-car accident Saturday killed a teen couple and injured two other people at around 10 a.m. Allison B. McKinley, 17, sustained critical injuries when the 2013 Nissan Maxima she was riding in veered off the roadway, and hit a utility sign and then a utility pole. The accident happened on U.S. 31 at the 31.1 mile marker, nine miles north of Bay Minette. McKinley was ejected from the car and sent to North Baldwin Infirmary, where she subsequently died. The man driving, 24-year-old Justin J. Jordan of Monroeville, was sent to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola for treatment. Two other teenage passengers were sent to USA Medical Center. Matthew H. Hinote of Monroeville later died of his injuries there. Seat belts were not in use, according to police. We will have more details on this story as they become available.
