Two men injured in ultralight plane crash in Gulf Shores
Blake Phelps with the City of Gulf Shores said the crash took place around noon on Thursday, when the men were attempting to land. The aircraft's left wing was “substantially” damaged in the crash.
An aircraft was attempting to land around noon at Jack Edwards National Airportwhen it crashed, substantiially damaging its left wing. Two men were onboard at the time of the crash. One was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. The other was taken to South Baldwin Regional Medical Center. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
