Unfortunately the driver 47 year old Timothy Ray Holley of Elberta died later at the hospital. " My first thoughts were you know out on the scene looking at the evidence was maybe some sort of medical emergency it doesn't appear there was any attempt to stop or swerve," said Sgt. Jason Woodruff with Gulf Shores Police.

The car was occupied by Timothy Ray Holley, 47, of Elberta, who was unresponsive and did not have a pulse when rescue crews arrived on the scene. He later died at South Baldwin Regioinal Medical Center.
