12-year-old killed in ATV accident near Stockton
The Baldwin County Sheriff's office said a 12-year-old who was riding an ATV near his grandparents' home died after an accident Thursday.
According to the Baldwin County Sheriff's office, 12-year-old Michael Mikey Defee of Bay Minette died after the ATV he was riding overturned and trapped him underneath. The accident occurred at about 8 p.m. on Thursday on a logging trail about two miles from Highway 59 in Stockton. He was transported to North Baldwin Infirmary, where he was pronounced dead.
