Navrot's next of kin have been notified, according to troopers.
Rebecca Navrot, 16, of Fairbanks, lost control of the Chevrolet Cavalier she was driving on Steele Creek Road, which then left the roadway and rolled over. State troopers received an emergency call about the accident at approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
