Driver arrested after fatal head-on collision in Phoenix
Grado was arrested Tuesday after being released from the hospital. A judge set Grado's bond at $750,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 15.

A 28-year-old man has been charged after a fatal head-on car crash in Phoenix Sunday evening. Authorities say Octavio Grado was impaired and speeding when he caused a crash on 67th Avenue at 9:15 p.m. The crash occurred when Grado's Nissan Titan hit a curb and crossed the center line and crashed into a Chevy Impala with four occupants. Crystal McDonald, 28, and Isaiah Blanco, 27, died. A 4-year-old girl suffered serious spinal injuries. A 26-year-old man was seriously injured. Initial tests showed Grado's blood alcohol content to be 0.241, according to court documents.
