Female pedestrian killed in collision with hit-and-run driver in small yellow pickup at 27th Avenue and Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ - police seeking information

Phoenix police are searching for a driver involved in a fatal hit and run accident Saturday night. Police say the driver struck an elderly female who was crossing the street near 27th Avenue and Van Buren. She was not in a crosswalk. The suspect is said to be driving a small, yellow pickup truck. Police say the vehicle will likely have extensive front end damage.
