Tucson Police say a deadly crash involving a pedestrian has closed 22nd Street between Columbus and Alvernon.

Traffic detectives have determined that a 1973 Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling east on 22nd Street in the lane closest to the curb and hit Pedregon after he stepped off a raised median to cross 22nd going southbound.
