One woman dead after midtown vehicle collision Saturday night
One woman is dead after being involved in a vehicle collision on North Swan Road, Saturday night.
Gisela Puerta, 19, was driving a 2001 Toyota Corolla northbound in the median lane on Swan, north of East Glenn Street when her vehicle was struck head on by a 2004 Toyota Camry that had crossed over into the lane, according to a news release from the Tucson Police Department.
Puerta was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the release.

"Don't drive drunk, just don't, you're going to kill somebody. My baby didn't deserve to die,"said Puerta.

The Tucson Police Department said Philipe Antonio De La Rosa, 43, was arrested Thursday, Dec. 29, on charges of manslaughter, aggravated assault, endangerment and felony criminal damage.
