Trystan Coleman, 20, killed in motorcycle crash with pickup truck at South Liberty Avenue and West Irvington Road in Tucson, Arizona
Motorcyclist dies from injuries sustained in Wednesday crash
The truck driver was intending to make an eastbound turn into the universal turn lane on West Irvington Road before making a southbound turn onto Liberty. As the truck began the turn, the motorcycle crashed into the front driver's side fender, just behind the front tire of the truck, the post said.
Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help
Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.
When a motorcycle crash is caused by negligence, additional steps need to be taken to protect the legal rights of the injured motorcyclist or the family members of someone killed in a motorcycle crash. Go here to learn more about motorcycle accidents and claims.
