Police say Billy Ray Faries, 67, of Fort Smith was traveling east on a 2015 Kawasaki at a curve when he crossed the centerline and struck the driver’s side of a westbound 2015 Hyundai. Faries "was separated from his vehicle and struck the driver's side" of a westbound school bus, according to authorities.
