According to authorities, 15-year-old Summer Ungerank of Pocahontas was killed when the 2008 Chevrolet Aveo she was riding in ran off of Bellview Road at a high speed, struck a tree, and overturned. The accident happened at 7:30 p.m.

Tori Henry, a senior at Paragould High School, was driving on Johnson Avenue when a buck hit her car on the driver's side. It's antlers came through the window and hit Henry in the jaw. After a five hour long surgery, she is expected to recover.
