Beatrice Boyd, 94, of Little Rock, a passenger in the Chevrolet, was killed in the crash. The driver of the Chevrolet, Anita Carlton, 52, of Little Rock, and another passenger in the car, Mary White, 57, of Riverdale were also injured. The driver of the Mazda, Nancy Pohlman, 72, of Camp Verde, and Cyndee Pohlman, 46, also of Camp Verde, were also injured in the crash. The injured were transported to UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock and Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City.
