Arkansas man dies after falling from car's hood
Authorities say a 21-year-old man who was riding on the hood of a car died after falling from the vehicle.
Arkansas State Police say Rhett Runyan of McGehee was killed in the incident early Tuesday in Desha County in southeast Arkansas. State police say Runyan was riding on top of a Mercedes' hood when he fell from the vehicle "for an unknown reason."
