The chase made its way into Cabot, with the Cabot Police Department deploying spike strips.
Moore's went over the strips, but she continued eastbound on Hwy 321, until three of the vehicle's four tires deflated. Moore's vehicle ran off the road and into a ditch in the 5400 block of Hwy 321 East.
