Update: Woman pulled from Arkansas River after crash survives
A woman was pulled from the Arkansas River near the I-430 bridge Monday night after her vehicle crashed. According to Captain Carl Minden with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, divers have been searching for the woman's vehicle. On Tuesday, the vehicle is believed to have been found via sonar but Capt. Minden said the water is too high and dangerous in the area to retrieve it at this time.
