Arkansas motorcyclist dies after hitting BMW on I-430, police say
Arkansas State Police reported Kenneth R. Tosh of Batesville was riding a 2004 Victory motorcycle north on the highway when a 2003 BMW stopped in front of him near Rodney Parham Road.
