In the dashcam video Channel 7 obtained Monday afternoon, you can see the officer driving down Scott, towards a red light at 4th, but he doesn't stop, and collides with another car.
"I think that most people that wreck a car, even if they're not police, they're going to have wrecks," McClanahan said. He continued to say most officers are good multitaskers, but sometimes there are distractions.
