Three killed in traffic accidents on highways across Arkansas
State police said Saturday that one person died Friday from injuries received in a four-vehicle wreck earlier that day on Interstate 40 in Conway County.
A Dodge Caravan was slowing due to traffic on I-40 south of Menifee when it was rear-ended by a 1996 Peterbilt. The Dodge then struck a GMC Terrain which hit an unknown vehicle that left the crash site. Malcolm Xavier Webb, 23, was a passenger in the Dodge. Webb was transported to Conway Regional Medical Center and died at 3:53 p.m. Friday.The driver of the Dodge, Brianna McCullough, 24, was injured. Also injured were three passengers: Aleisha Brown, 22, Joshua Banner-Summerville, 22, and Jacob Deaver, 26. The driver of the GMC, Jacqueline Chandler, 51, and a passenger in that vehicle, Tony Dewayne Glover Jr., 21, also were injured.
