Dennis Wallace Jr., 30, of Hot Springs was driving eastbound on Chattanooga Street at Fargo just after before 1:00 a.m. when he crossed the center and left the roadway on the left side, striking a concrete wall and then a tree.

According to a preliminary report, 30-year-old Dennis L. Wallace Jr. of Hot Springs was driving east on Chattanooga Park in a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis when the car crossed the street's centerline and traveled off the left side of the road.
