Dilrag Singh, 4, of Bakersfield, was struck by a vehicle around 7:42 p.m. in the 5400 block of Seasons Drive in Bakersfield. He was taken to Kern Medical, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries at 8:26 p.m.
