Deadly accident on Highway 99 takes the lives of five people, including children
A minivan had traveled around 70 mph on northbound Highway 99 when it went off the roadway and struck a tree head-on, just south of Ninth Street in Delano, said CHP spokesman Robert Rodriguez.
Family identifies five killed in Hwy 99 crash in Delano
Family members told Eyewitness News the Laguta family was originally from the Philippines and were living in Delano.
