Man killed by DUI driver in Northwest Fresno, police say
Police say the 26-year-old man was at the median, crossing the road, when he was hit by a driver under the influence.

The Fresno County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Joshua Whittington. Family and friends say he had just moved to the Central Valley over a year ago from North Carolina.
