A 19-year-old pedestrian was killed Tuesday when she was struck by a motorist who left the scene, Fresno police said. The woman was walking with another person as they crossed Ashlan near Valentine Avenue about 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, Lt. Henry Garcia said.
