California Highway Patrol says this white car was driving east bound at around fifty five miles an hour. It then slammed directly into the slow moving spray rig.

According to CHP Spokesman Sean Duncan, the tractor was travelling eastbound on Elkhorn at a speed of approximately 10 mph when the accident occurred.
