One man was killed and four injured after a Cadillac rear-ended a BMW and then overturned in Monterey Park, California. Police suspect the Cadillac’s driver, a 19 year old man from Los Angeles was under the influence of a drug or alcohol, according to Sgt. Brent Archibald. He said there was evidence of bottles and balloons in the Cadillac, however, no arrest was made. A witness told police that the Cadillac was heading east on Garvey Avenue at high speeds when it rear-ended the BMW, causing the Cadillac to roll over but ended upright. The Cadillac’s front passenger, a man in his 20s, suffered internal injuries and passed away at Monterey Park Hospital.
