One died in a two-vehicle crash on Palmdale Boulevard in Palmdale, California

Deputies responded to the scene and during the course of their investigation learned one vehicle was traveling east on the boulevard and the second vehicle was traveling west when the driver of the first vehicle swerved into the oncoming traffic lane and collided with the front of the westbound vehicle.
