The crash was reported at about 10:44 p.m. Thursday, when California Highway Patrol officers responded to the Vermont Avenue exit of the westbound 105 and found a sedan on the freeway’s right shoulder and another vehicle on fire in the HOV lane, officer Erik Larsen told City News Service.
