Hunt for freeway hit-and-run killer: Victim changing tire on shoulder of 405 in Torrance
According to the CHP, Blush was on the right shoulder, changing a tire on his Toyota Tacoma pickup, when he was struck by a vehicle — described as possibly an Acura or a Mini Cooper — that kept going.
Anyone with information on the case was urged to call the CHP South Los Angeles Area office at (310) 516-3355.
