A 62-year-old man who was fatally hit by a vehicle on a street in the unincorporated Willowbrook area was identified Wednesday. Arturo Gonzalez was identified as the victim by the Los Angeles County Medical-Examiner’s office. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the CHP said.
