Cpl. Han Cho, a 28-year veteran of the Garden Grove Police Department assigned to the Neighborhood Traffic Unit, was fatally injured as he was riding the motorcycle shortly after 3 p.m. Monday at Glenoaks Avenue and Euclid Street, police said.
