Good Samaritan Rescues Man From Near-Drowning After Water Main Crash

The deputy did not want to be interviewed about his part of the rescue, only saying "it’s just my job, brother.”
After a driver lost consciousness at the wheel, he veered off the road and struck an above ground water main, that then began filling his car with water. A deputy was attempting to rescue the man when Tonya Feotossivea came to help, he broke the window and they both pulled the man from his vehicle. The victim was hospitalized but expected to recover well.
