Witnesses told the California Highway Patrol that a gray or silver Honda sedan was speeding at 90 mph when it struck the pedestrian and flipped over.
Authorities Identify Pedestrian Killed by Speeding Vehicle in Perris
The Riverside County coroner’s office identified her as 18-year-old Rosa Martinez of Moreno Valley. The driver of the sedan was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
