A pedestrian was hit and killed by a driver who took off after the crash, the North Sacramento division of the California Highway Patrol said Monday evening.
18-year-old woman struck, killed by vehicle at Sacramento Co. intersection
Norman appeared to dart into traffic outside of the intersection crosswalk. She had just come out of a 7-Eleven convenience store on the corner and was on southbound Madison when she was struck by the Nissan.
