The deceased victim was a passenger in the truck at the time of the accident. The driver was arrested for felony DUI, and is expected to face 2nd degree murder charges, officials said.

Elliott, who was intoxicated, entered a curve on the road and then went off the highway. His vehicle traveled some 300 feet over a steep embankment before crashing, reports state.
