CHP: 2 teenage girls killed in suspected DUI crash in San Joaquin County
A 17-year-old driver in a Honda Accord was speeding on westbound Dos Reis Road and went past the end of the road over a raised levee, through a fence and overturned into the river, CHP said. The vehicle landed on its roof, submerged in the water.
