Investigators believe the crash was weather related. The road was wet and rain was falling at the time of the crash.
Hickman, Waterford men ID’d as two killed in crash east of Modesto
The victims were a 48-year-old man from Hickman and a 51-year-old man from Waterford. Their names were being withheld pending notification of family.
Men killed in head-on collision on Milnes Road identified
The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office on Tuesday released the names of the two men killed in a head-on crash Monday morning on Milnes Road east of Albers Road. They are 52-year-old Todd Mendenhall of Waterford and 48-year-old Edward Brown of Hickman.
