Steven Watts, 22, killed in three-car collision on Elder Creek Road in Rancho Cordova, California

Steven Watts, 22, was allegedly speeding and driving recklessly on eastbound Elder Creek Road when he ran a red light abd collided with a car traveling north on Florin-Perkins Road. The force of the collision caused that vehicle to strike a third vehicle. Watts was thrown from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
