Please be advised that if you fail to take steps to remove your vehicle from the roadway or fail to put out safety warnings you may face liability for failure to do so.  You may be held responsible for the wrongful death of another.  The driver of the vehicle in which Evan was riding failed to recognize or observe that there was a car that was stopped or stalled in front of him on the roadway and was likley also negligent.
