Southbound Highway 99 Blocked by Overturned Big Rig

Southbound lanes of Highway 99 were blocked by an overturned big rig Tuesday, just north of Fruitridge Road. It'€™s not immediately clear what led to the crash, which was first reported by the CHP at 1:14 p.m. Traffic was virtually reduced to a parking lot because of the crash.
