Cyclist killed in latest hit-and-run
Medics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene. Investigators believe that the man, identified as 53-year-old Roberto Tristan, was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle that fled following the collision, said Officer Joe Silva, a spokesman for the Stockton Police Department.
